Yoga for All is aimed at anyone who looking to move, ease tension in the body, explore strength and range of mobility, breathe, and create a little mental and physical space.
Led by Louisa Koussertari, the class will explore various kinds of movement, breathing and mindfulness techniques and an introduction to meditation.
Every individual will feel the benefits in their own way, including:
- mental rest/ease
- nervous system reset
- accumulative tension release
- greater range of mobility/strength
- increased awareness of body
- improved digestion/pain relief/inflammation/posture
‘My wish is for everyone who practices with me to leave feeling that they’ve found something useful, perhaps become a little more intrigued, feel a little at ease, can breathe a little easier and maybe even feel a little connected in their bodies,’ says Louisa.
It is best to wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and all equipment is provided.
From Tuesday 21st March 2023, Louisa will be on maternity leave. Her class will then be led by Sona Sharma from Yoga & Mindfulness. Some of you may already know Sona from the yoga class she teaches for Bhuti at LiveWell Kew.
Louisa says: “I am delighted to be leaving my clients in Sona’s very capable and experienced hands for the time being and look forward to seeing everyone at LiveWell Kew again soon.”
