Yoga for All is aimed at anyone who looking to move, ease tension in the body, explore strength and range of mobility, breathe, and create a little mental and physical space.


Led by Sona Sharma, the class will explore various kinds of movement, breathing and mindfulness techniques and an introduction to meditation.


Every individual will feel the benefits in their own way, including:

  • mental rest/ease
  • nervous system reset
  • accumulative tension release
  • greater range of mobility/strength
  • increased awareness of body
  • improved digestion/pain relief/inflammation/posture


‘I hope that each class enables you to sleep well or move through your day with clarity and ease. The yoga that I teach is accessible to all. I offer options and modifications according to your ability and health needs.’ says Sona.

Sona has been teaching yoga since 2001 when she qualified and continues to learn and practise for her own self-development while ensuring no class stays the same.

It is best to wear stretchy, comfortable clothing and all equipment is provided.

Class prices: £14 for a single class, classes follow the term time and you can buy a six week half term course for £84.


Why not take advantage of our TASTER CLASS offer? When you do a taster class your first class is donation only and you can give it a go in return for a small donation (of your choice) to our charity. We then hope you will love the class and sign up with the instructor for more!
