Toddler Tennis

Confidence, coordination and more from a class that’s fun to the core…

Does your toddler have oodles of energy to burn? If that’s a silly question, then we’ve got the solution.

Our Toddler Tennis classes are the perfect outlet for little legs to run around and young minds to grasp new skills.

Played with foam balls and smaller rackets for ages 18 months to three years, a welcoming coach will be waiting to teach your little one.

Learning to roll, catch and squash the balls with their racket will help build agility, balance, core skills and dexterity from this young age.

Your child will also gain:

  • Lots of confidence
  • Independent play
  • Improved coordination
  • Concentration and focus
  • Understanding of scoring/numeracy
  • Learning rules in a positive way
  • How to take instructions

This creative class captures their attention with colourful equipment, such as cones, lines and different types of balls, pom-poms and balloons for sensory exploration.

And throughout, there’s a big focus on fun – running, jumping, pretending to be different animals.

An important part of our Pram to Player programme of activities for children, Toddler Tennis helps to lay the foundations for a lifetime of sport, good health and fitness.

Who knows? You might just have the next Emma Raducanu on your hands.

Toddler Tennis will be back at LiveWell Kew soon!
