Fitness and martial arts expert, Linda, AKA, Miss Fu, will be teaching the most popular form of Tai Chi – Yang Style 24 Steps.
Tai chi is a martial art, combining deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.
Originating in China, it is now widely practiced worldwide for it’s extensive health benefits and meditation.

But even though the moves are soft and controlled, it encourages the mind to be focused and alert.
It’s an ideal form of fitness for all ages and fitness levels. A great way of unwinding with the added bonus of making new friends!
Tai chi can easily be adapted for anyone, including pregnant women, people with chronic conditions, wheelchair users, or people recovering from surgery.
