Simple, beautiful and inspiring – This 6-week programme for women provides an oasis to reset, feel refreshed and restored.
This beautifully designed and created 6-week programme aims to improve overall health and wellbeing by:
- reducing stress and anxiety;
- enhancing confidence and self-worth;
- increasing positive emotions
The programme is led by a group of women with a variety of inspiring expertise and credentials, including former International athlete, Susie Bush-Ramsey; West-End Dancer, Choreographer and Producer, Emma Tunmore James; and Fine Artist Red Gibbons.

What is included?
(subject to variation):
- 6 x Calming Breathe & Stretch sessions combining Trigger Point Pilates (created by Lydia Campbell)
- 6 x Uplifting Dance Movement sessions (copying simple movements)
- 2 x Inspiring Craft sessions (including Origami, Marbling and/or Block Printing)
- Mini Refreshing Stylist consultation or Mini Motivational Life Coaching session
- Mini Encouraging Nutritionist consultation (coming soon!)
- Encouraging Daily Mini Wellbeing messages
- Restorative Mini Handbook
Cost: Free–£59 (Just £6.60 per hr)*
*We’re passionate about ensuring anyone who would like to participate on the programme has the opportunity to do so. If the above cost is unaffordable, we are here and want to help. Free, sponsored and reduced rate/subsidised spaces are therefore available. The suggested charge for the 6-week programme, for those who are able to afford it is £59.
Giving back: 100% of the costs paid for the programme go towards the running costs. We very kindly ask that each participant give what they can afford to help make the continuation of the programme possible and accessible to all who’d like to join.
All participants are asked to make a small donation based on what they can afford (this could just be £1).
