Conditioning Club

Become stronger and more body confident than you thought possible…





When you’re doing something you enjoy, it’s so much easier to do it.

That’s why Will Purdue of WP Strength & Conditioning has designed his Conditioning Club class at LiveWell Kew to be a lot of fun.

He also wants to help you find a clear route to what you want to achieve and provide the support you need to get there.

Conditioning Club is for anyone who wants to get fitter and stronger, feel more confident and enjoy training and socialising with a likeminded group.

In each class, you can expect a fun, supportive environment and clear coaching in how to lift weights safely and effectively.

The sessions will begin with some mobility and flexibility to warm up before moving on to a combination of weightlifting and bodyweight circuits.

All equipment will be provided – just bring water and sweat towel!
